El modelo de volumen en 3D de la pieza bruta y la pieza final se cre\u00f3 en formato SAT antes de la construcci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n se puede leer en STEP, CATIA o en los formatos CAD que se prefiera.<\/p>\n

Una vez se conozcan la pieza bruta y la final, puede procederse de inmediato a calcular los tiempos. Se analiza la pieza que vaya a producirse por lo que a las operaciones de desbastado, alisado y punzado se refiere.<\/p>\n

Cabe la posibilidad de indicar un alisado adicional, p. ej., en caso de ajustes, marcando el punto correspondiente con un clic.<\/p>\n

Los datos de corte se sugieren de forma autom\u00e1tica a partir de los datos de materiales y herramientas, aunque se pueden ajustar en todo momento. La pieza bruta tambi\u00e9n se puede sustituir sin necesidad de indicar otra vez el mecanizado; basta con calcular de nuevo el tiempo en funci\u00f3n de la pieza bruta nueva.<\/p>\n

El an\u00e1lisis de la pieza de trabajo no puede detectar autom\u00e1ticamente a partir de qu\u00e9 posici\u00f3n interrumpir el mecanizado, ya que solo es posible mecanizar una vez sujeta la pieza. Por lo tanto, cabe la posibilidad de dividir los pasos de mecanizado y de modificar la secuencia de estos seg\u00fan corresponda, de manera que se pueda calcular el mecanizado en ambos lados de la pieza con sujeci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
