TICC determina por cuenta propia las posibles superficies de la pieza que se vaya a calcular y se las indica al usuario de cara al posterior procesamiento.<\/p>\n

Como es habitual en todos los m\u00f3dulos, TICC ofrece tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed la posibilidad de integrar en el sistema valores basados en la experiencia y de asignarlos seg\u00fan las condiciones necesarias. Si es preciso, se pueden ajustar manualmente todos los par\u00e1metros asignados de forma autom\u00e1tica, a fin de garantizar la mayor flexibilidad posible.<\/p>\n

Las tablas de libre definici\u00f3n ofrecen al usuario la posibilidad de establecer los tiempos de equipamiento y secundarios que necesite y, si es preciso, de aplicar los valores correspondientes al c\u00e1lculo actual. Adem\u00e1s, es posible guardar plantillas para determinadas situaciones (p. ej., distintas situaciones de sujeci\u00f3n) y cargarlas en el momento necesario.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de la detecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica o manual de las superficies de mecanizado se calculan de forma autom\u00e1tica todos los tiempos de mecanizado en virtud de los datos maestros consignados. Puede transferir todos los tiempos calculados en TICC al sistema de ERP de su elecci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una interfaz (opcional). El sistema FORB de ERP que se utiliza en TICC de forma est\u00e1ndar ya cuenta con la interfaz correspondiente y, por tanto, puede calcular los costes de inmediato una vez se le han transferido los valores calculados. Para ello se tienen en cuenta, entre otros aspectos, las tarifas horarias de las m\u00e1quinas y los costes de los materiales.<\/p>\n
